I found his Phule's Company and Myth books very rereadable; they made no pretensions to being great literature, but they were warm-hearted, and there was some wisdom that I still think was best expressed in them. (only a couple of months ago I quoted the "Take the tie" scene from Phule's Company).
I express my respect for an enjoyable and memorable writer.

I think the Myth books were wonderful! I especially appreciate the spot on humor of the chapter header quotes. That's a series I can't wait until Jet is old enough to read.
