Hurray! I have work to do, and Consuelo said she will give me contracts to do it with.
Hurray! I have friends to interact with, and coffee to have.
Hurray! I have new eyeshadows. Me is so cool. Told you I will adopt a day makeup. As the quote athaira9 loved goes, "Hmph, I have no one to seduce. What a waste of good eyeliner."
Hurray! I smell of coffee all over. That has little to do with Hurray #2, actually.
Hurray! Things are nice and peaceful and good.
And despite this...I feel a little...expectant. A little empty and waiting for the ball to drop (yes, I know, I know, I am seven days late if I really wanted a ball to drop). As if everything in my life is still, waiting for events beyond my control to happen --- the Hanged Man archetype, yes, ten points. The fun of the Hanged Man archetype is that it is also about looking at life from a new angle while he hangs there, upside down. Which should either promote understanding or turbocharge the ol' creativity. Or something.
Mainly it is just about hanging in there, waiting for things to get moving. Will starting class on Wednesday get them going? Will getting back to work again? Is it sky-water there, is it a spring flood? Maybe it's a song without an end, or perhaps without a reason...
But while I wait, why not write?
